Who hasn't had the intention of visiting an unfamiliar and unfamiliar place by car? Be it to relax, bike, hike, swim, or even go cross-country skiing? Or for any other reason, such as visiting sights and museums? At the same time, are you thinking about parking and the route and road to get there?

It's important: Allow your current location to be displayed on your mobile, and it will always show you where you are. This means that you can immediately see where your next parking spot is on your mobile – even if it's only 10 meters away.

That's precisely the idea behind our startup www.parking.ch. Firstly, our website is about parking your car in an unfamiliar location. Secondly, it's about P+Rail parking at the station. And thirdly, it's about charging your electric vehicle with an electric charger. We have implemented these three topics on our website and listed them in the black bar.

No more time-consuming searches for street parking or a parking garage in an unfamiliar city. On our website parking.ch, as a non-local driver, you can enter your destination and see a selection of the nearest parking options. This is made possible by our dominant search bar in the black bar with the three icons: Parking Spaces Switzerland, P+Rail Parking Spaces Switzerland, and EV Charging Stations Switzerland. Additionally, the current weather for today and the next two days for your destination appears. Click on the weather icon, and on the next page for the location, you'll see what the weather will be like tomorrow and the day after. We offer German, French, Italian, and English.

Enter your desired location, with or without the address, in the search bar, and blue text suggestions will automatically appear, allowing you to choose exactly where you want to go. The map below shows you the location with the round blue P icons. For parking, these are differentiated between street parking and parking garages. The blue P with the roof stands for a parking garage, and the one without a roof stands for street parking. The route planner helps you reach your destination comfortably and safely, whether you're far away or at any distance. The red dashed line shows you the route and the distance from now to your chosen destination.

After clicking on the blue P-icon for parking garages or street parking, you'll see information in a white window such as the address, number of parking spaces, prices, opening hours, entrance height, any women's parking spaces, disabled parking spaces, EV charging stations, video surveillance, available parking reservations, reservation options, payment options, etc. And in cities where a parking guidance system is in place, you'll see the exact real-time occupancy with the number of parking spaces currently available. You can always easily choose your route to your destination by car using the route planner! Have a safe trip!

Are you looking for an electric charging station? Click on the plug icon in the search bar and simply enter the location you want to go to. The green plug icons show you the locations that are currently available for charging, along with the necessary information. Green means free, red means occupied, and gray means the e-charging stations are currently under construction.

Are you looking for a P+Rail station? Click on the P+Rail I icon in the search bar and simply enter the location you want to go to. You'll immediately see the station with the red P+Rail icon. This will also show the number of parking spaces and the parking costs. You can always easily choose your route to your destination by car using the route planner! Payment options include cash or card.

We are currently working on communicating parking garages with parking guidance systems and those without information about their occupancy with free or occupied parking spaces on our website. The goal is to prevent pointless driving and optimize traffic flow. The goal is to make searching for a parking garage or street parking space more efficient and organized, especially in cities. This project is currently being developed with IT software engineers to make driving more environmentally friendly.

In the future, we will be developing reservations for high-frequency parking at large and popular locations. This also includes offering the option of using the cable car in summer or winter. This is especially important in winter when skiing. This will replace the annoying and time-consuming crowds at the ticket counters. Payment options are always available via mobile and desktop. We currently use TWINT.

Features important for our startup include:

• Information about women's parking spaces. This is intended to help women enjoy going out or shopping safely. Thanks to video surveillance in the parking garages, you can choose the length of your parking without worry.
• Information about accessible parking spaces. Here, too, we want to provide information about where accessible parking spaces are available so that people with disabilities can find their parking space and park safely.
• Information about available e-charging stations. Reservations for charging stations will increasingly become a priority for electric car owners in the future. Here, too, we want to be a service provider and inform motorists about the available e-charging stations in the parking garages and parking lots.
• Information about possible parking reservations. This will become an increasingly important aspect of leisure activities or outings. Safe planning in the future will also include the option of reserving a parking space.
• And last but not least: the route planner. With this, you can use your mobile device/cell phone to find your way directly from your location to the selected parking garage/parking lot.
• And it's even easier with our planned app "next-parking." This always shows you your current location on your mobile phone and the blue P icons where you can find the nearest parking space. Mobility and parking couldn't be simpler, more convenient, or more direct!
• As a young startup, we want to simplify parking and parking in unfamiliar surroundings. No more unnecessary and environmentally damaging parking searches. We have the solution! You can find your way around easily, conveniently, and safely anywhere with: parking.ch
