Startup «parking.ch» and «next-parking.ch»

Who has not had the intention to visit a foreign place with his car. Be it for hiking, biking, swimming or even skiing or any other reason. At the same time you worry about parking and the way and the road to get there?

This is exactly the idea of our startup "parking.ch". On the one hand our homepage is about parking, on the other hand about parking at a train station and thirdly about e-loading the new electric car. We have implemented all these topics in our homepage.

No more time-consuming search for a street parking space or a parking garage, especially in the city. On our homepage parking.ch, you as a non-local motorist will see a selection of the nearest parking options after entering your destination. This is made possible by the dominant search bar with the three icons in black and white.

Enter the address or place in the search bar and the red icon appears on the map and shows you where the destination you are looking for is. And not only that. The blue round P shows you the street parking. The blue P with the roof stands for a parking garage. Choose your parking and the red dotted line will show you the way and the distance to the chosen destination.

After clicking on the blue P icon parking garage or street parking you will see in the white window information such as address, number of parking spaces, prices, opening hours, entrance height, any women's parking, disabled parking, e-filling stations, possible parking reservations, payment options, etc.. And in cities where a parking guidance system is in place, of course the exact real-time occupancy with the number of parking spaces still available. The route by car to your destination, you can easily choose with our route planner! Have a good trip!

If you are looking for an electric charging station, click on the plug and then in the search bar simply enter a location in Switzerland. The green symbols that appear mean free for charging. Red means occupied and gray means the e-charging station is in progress.

Important: Always allow your current location where you are on your mobile. With the route planner you will always reach your destination!

At the moment we are working on communicating parking garages without and with parking guidance system and also without information of their utilization with free or occupied parking in our homepage. This would prevent the senseless driving around of cars and make parking more efficient in general, especially in cities. This project is now in development with IT software engineers to make driving more environmentally friendly.

Features important to our startup are:

Info about women's parking spaces. These are to support women to enjoy their going out or shopping safely. Thanks to video surveillance in parking garages and choose the duration of parking carefree.
Info about disabled parking spaces. Again, we want to inform where disabled spaces are offered so that people with impairments can find their parking space and park safely.
Info about available e-charging stations. Recharging stations with reservations will increasingly become the focus of electric car owners in the future. Here, too, we want to be a service provider and inform the motorist with the existing e-charging stations in the parking garages and parking lots.
Info about possible parking reservations. This will be an increasingly important point of leisure or output. In the future, safe planning will also include the possibility of parking reservations.
And last but not least: the route planner. With this, you can use your mobile device/mobile phone to find the selected parking garage/parking directly from your location.
And it's even easier with our planned app "next-parking". It always shows you your current location and the blue P-Icons where you can find the next parking. Mobility and parking can't be easier, more comfortable and more direct!

The "e-loading" search bar shows all charging stations throughout Switzerland in real time, whether they are free or occupied. With the "Car" search generator, you can always find the nearest parking lot with lots of information about costs, women's and disabled parking spaces, toilets, payment options such as automatic pay stations or by cell phone, as well as opening hours, permanent rentals and security features such as video surveillance, etc.
